Quick Bio: Lucy is a calm 17-year-old girl and has white eyes with her being blind, a fair complexion, and straight magenta hair worn in a two high ponytails. She is of average height, and doesn’t care much for fashion. She likes photography and drawing in her spare time.

Lucy is one of the best, if not the best, friend anyone could ask for. She is loyal to those who trust her and she trusts them in return. She’s a faithful companion who will stand by you through thick and thin. She’s not really the jealous type but doesn't like people who stand between her and her own friendships. She follows Samoan to Earth from Ventus after hearing about her friends' plans and the chance that she might not be able to see her again for years. She was born blind and has depended on someone all of her life to help her. When she is discovered as a Tamer, she is overjoyed that she can then master the ability to 'see' using her other senses properly with the help of her powers. A friend at Charter High spells Lucy which gives her the ability to see in pulses (A pulse every 10 minutes which would give her vision, but would slowly fade to black, and then another pulse would enable her sight again and so on). Her tag animal is a wild dog which represents her loyalty and devotion.
